REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- ️Proficient in Cantonese and conversational-proficient in English
- ️Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
- ️Open to Foreign Nationals with a permanent visa.
- ️Having experience in customer service and sales is a big advantage
- ️Having experience in the BPO industry is a big plus.
- ️Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- ️Must be proficient in computers (MS Office, Internet)
- ️Knowledgeable in navigating websites and the internet
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- ️Assisting customers with ticket purchases, transfers, and refunds.
- ️Handling issues like missing tickets, delayed delivery, or invalid tickets.
- ️Supporting payment concerns and billing disputes.
- ️Helping with account access issues (login, verification, security).
- ️Managing complaints from buyers and sellers.
- ️Coordinating with internal teams for ticket resolution or escalation cases.
- ️Respond to customers’ inquiries about bookings, promos, and reservations through email and chat.
- ️Ensures that the customer’s requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.
- ️Responsible for handling and managing reservations and cancellations of bookings.
