Project Manager (e-commerce) - Onsite

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 3–5 years of project management experience in end-to-end e-commerce processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering e-commerce initiatives while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Required Experience 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in e-commerce or digital commerce environments. Proven experience managing end-to-end e-commerce projects, from planning and requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch support. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for e-commerce initiatives. Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA teams, designers, and third-party vendors. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables. Gather and document business and technical requirements. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans. Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, status updates, and stakeholder communications. Ensure successful integration of e-commerce platforms with payment gateways, logistics, inventory, ERP, CRM, and other business systems. Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and production rollout activities. Track project performance using KPIs and prepare regular status reports for leadership. Drive continuous process improvements and ensure adherence to project management best practices. Required Skills Strong understanding of end-to-end e-commerce processes, including: Product catalog management Shopping cart and checkout Payment processing Order management Inventory management Shipping and fulfillment Customer service and returns Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies. Excellent project planning, scheduling, and risk management skills. Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities. Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Working Arrangement: (4x onsite, 1x WFH) Work Schedule: Compressed work schedule (9am-6:30m pm)
