What You’ll Be Owning

This is a core campaign operations role covering creator sourcing, outreach activation, and logistical tracking. You aren't just sending copy-paste messages; you are organizing a modern influencer ecosystem—mastering outreach conversion, product sample fulfillment data, deadline management, and asset library tagging to scale a compelling supply network.

You’ll take the lead on:

• Strategic Creator Sourcing: Finding, qualifying, and initiating contact with a reliable volume of targeted creators who precisely match dynamic campaign briefs.
  

• Dynamic Pipeline Activation: Converting initial outreach conversations into activated participants who agree to content guidelines and project timelines.
  

• Logistics & Sample Coordination: Interfacing smoothly with operations to manage product sample dispatches and tracking numbers flawlessly.
  

• Hyper-Accurate Campaign Tracking: Owning and updating the central campaign tracking engine within 24 hours of any movement, entirely wiping out internal "where are we?" friction.
  

• Digital Asset Management: Monitoring publishing deadlines, capturing live post links, and systematically tagging usable media assets into a clean, searchable content library.
  

• End-to-End Relationship Execution: Proactively managing creator follow-ups and identifying high-performing past talent to generate strategic reactivation shortlists.
  

Requirements
