I. Position Summary
- Responsible for managing and maintaining an organization's ISO-related documents and records. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality
Management).
II. Responsibilities
- Reports to the ISO Facilitator
- Ensure that all controlled quality documents related to the Operations are maintain to the latest issue, and that these documents are made available at all locations where operations essential to the effective functioning of the Quality Management System are performed.
- Maintain QMS Records and documents distribution record.
- Responsibilities include record keeping, all documents such as specification, inspection schedule and records, surveillance report, inspection release notice and quality records book with numbering system according to the suitable filing procedure. Handling of all sales documents and controlling all records.
- Prepare all documents based on the quality procedures for internal and external audit
- Preparing and update of various logs and registers
III. Experience Requirement
· Graduate of Business Management, Quality Management, Accountancy or any related course.
· With experience and training related to Documentation management and Effective Document controllership.
· Knowledgeable in Internal Auditing standards
· Familiar with relevant ISO Standards (9001: 2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018)
