Inventory Verification
- Conduct physical inventory counts (daily, weekly, monthly, or cycle counts).
- Compare physical stock with system records to identify variances.
- Verify inbound and outbound stock movements (receiving, transfers, returns).
Audit & Compliance
- Ensure all inventory processes follow company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Investigate discrepancies and report root causes to the inventory supervisor or manager.
- Audit high-value, fast-moving, and shrink-sensitive items regularly.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare detailed variance reports and audit summaries.
- Document adjustments and ensure they are approved before updating the system.
- Maintain accurate logs of damaged, expired, or missing items.
Coordination & Communication
- Work closely with warehouse staff, store teams, and inventory controllers.
- Support external and internal audit requirements.
- Provide feedback to improve inventory accuracy and prevent future errors.
Operational Support
- Monitor stockroom organization and ensure proper labeling and storage.
- Check compliance of FIFO/FEFO and product handling standards.
- Assist in major annual or quarterly stock takes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be college graduate or college level
- With work experience in inventory for retail
- Willing to work in shifting schedule, extended hours including holidays
- No visible tattoo
- With free medical, overtime
- With allowance
