Business Development Head (Pharmaceutical)
Our Clients
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
Develop strategies to grow revenue and expand into new areas
Stay on top of market trends, customer needs, and industry developments
Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to bring ideas to life
Lead and support initiatives that open new revenue streams
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field
At least 10 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or related roles
Solid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, or OEM operations
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident in negotiating and handling business discussions
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
