Role Responsibilities Manage assigned product portfolio Plan and execute marketing strategies Grow portfolio and achieve sales targets per brand Drive profitability, market share, and overall business goals Qualification Requirements Education: College graduate (Business Management/Marketing preferred; science-related courses acceptable) Health: Physically and mentally fit; able to work irregular hours Experience: Minimum three years in a pharmaceutical setup, in a similar capacity Skills: Strong verbal and written communication Creative, self-motivated, detail-oriented Knowledge in market research data interpretation Excellent analytical skills Technical background in product development and management Computer Literacy: Proficient in various presentation tools and mediums Mobility: Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines Integrity: High ethical standards; compliance with corporate code of conduct
