Inside Sales Representative

Job Description:
- Prospect and reach out to potential B2B clients to generate new business opportunities

Conduct outbound calls and sales activities to acquire new accounts

Respond to inquiries, follow up on leads, and nurture client relationships

Gather necessary client information for account setup and job/service creation
-
Participate in business negotiations and work toward closing sales

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that move prospects through the sales funnel.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Qualifications
At least 2 years of B2B sales experience

Strong written and verbal English communication skills (neutral accent preferred for US clients)

Experience creating documents, reports, or process materials

Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Business-minded and results-driven

Bachelors Degree

Experience using CRM tools
