Position: Junior Accountant
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role is perfect for individuals looking to grow their accounting career in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and reconcile financial transactions in compliance with company policies
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Collaborate with the finance team on audits and budgeting activities
- Perform data entry and analysis using Excel for reporting purposes
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience:
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred but not required
- Skills:
- Strong command of English communication (written and verbal)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
