We are looking for a passionate and reliable Baker to join our team! The ideal candidate has a love for coffee, baking, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Baking Duties:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and other baked items
- Follow recipes accurately and ensure consistent product quality
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Monitor inventory and ensure ingredients are properly stored
- Assist in product development and seasonal offerings
Qualifications:
- With at least 1 year of experience in baking, or related field
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
