Qualifications: a.Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer b.Has at least 8 years of experience in property management and construction projects. Has strong background in the following duties and responsibilities: Construction & Fit-Out Management: a. Cost Estimating and Budgeting b. Quality Assurance and Inspection Repairs & Maintenance Facility Upkeep and Utilities Oversight Leasing and Property Marketing: a. Contract Negotiation and Vendor Management Documentation and Compliance: a. Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge Cross-Functional support to operating companies. c.Conducts actual site visits to supervise the work in projects. d.Has excellent communication skills both in English and Filipino. e.Home base: Multi-Line Head Office in Quezon City Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of facilities and properties Coordinate maintenance and repair activities Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations Oversee vendor contracts and service agreements Develop and manage facility budgets Conduct regular property inspections Implement preventive maintenance programs Handle tenant relations and lease administration Prepare reports on facility status and operations Plan and execute emergency response procedures
