Job Title: ABA Billing Specialist

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented ABA Billing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for processing billing for Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). The work is straightforward, logical, and easy to learn. Experience with Motivity is a MUST.

Key Responsibilities

• Process billing for BT and BCBA services accurately and on time.
• Review billing records for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain organized and accurate billing documentation.
• Coordinate with the team regarding billing-related concerns.
• Ensure all billing is completed within required timelines.

Requirements

• Experience using Motivity is a MUST.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures.
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage daily tasks independently.
• Prior ABA billing experience is a plus but not required if proficient with Motivity.
