Program and Project Management Support
Cobden & Carter International
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of engagement plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist in preparing proposals, bids, quotations, and other related documents.
- Identify and assess opportunities, trends, and process improvement areas, and provide relevant recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance with the company's policies, procedures, and professional standards.
- Create and update progress trackers for engagement milestones, tasks, and deliverables, applying appropriate project management methodologies.
- Ensure effective communication with all relevant stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate interviews, walkthroughs, and progress meetings with internal teams and/or clients.
- Present and validate initial findings and observations with process owners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through training, research, publications, and thought leadership activities.
- Collaborate with team members and the broader company network to support growth and development opportunities.
- Perform any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Holder of Certified associate in project management (CAPM)
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management planning, project management methods, stakeholder management
- Knowledgeable in using any project management tools.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Location: Makati
Work set-up: Hybrid (3 days onsite & 2 days WFH)
