Program and Project Management Support

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of engagement plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist in preparing proposals, bids, quotations, and other related documents.
• Identify and assess opportunities, trends, and process improvement areas, and provide relevant recommendations.
• Maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance with the company's policies, procedures, and professional standards.
• Create and update progress trackers for engagement milestones, tasks, and deliverables, applying appropriate project management methodologies.
• Ensure effective communication with all relevant stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate interviews, walkthroughs, and progress meetings with internal teams and/or clients.
• Present and validate initial findings and observations with process owners.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through training, research, publications, and thought leadership activities.
• Collaborate with team members and the broader company network to support growth and development opportunities.
• Perform any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Holder of Certified associate in project management (CAPM)
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project  management planning, project management  methods, stakeholder management
• Knowledgeable in using any project management tools.
• Experience in using Microsoft Office (Excel,  PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

Location: Makati

Work set-up: Hybrid (3 days onsite & 2 days WFH)
