Role Overview
The Digital Sales Assistant Manager will support the growth of the company’s online sales channels, including e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and social commerce. This role will focus on driving online revenue, optimizing digital campaigns, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing the company’s e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, website store)
• Monitor and optimize daily online sales performance, product listings, pricing, and promotions
• Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams on digital campaigns and product launches
• Analyze online sales data, traffic metrics, and customer behavior to improve conversion rates
• Manage digital customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of concerns
• Track inventory availability for online channels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams
• Support implementation of social commerce initiatives and live selling activities
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, campaign results, and marketplace metrics
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field
• At least 3–5 years experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or online retail operations
• Experience handling online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) is highly preferred
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital sales dashboards and reporting tools
• Knowledge of online promotions, SEO product listings, and marketplace campaigns
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Experience in consumer electronics or retail industry is an advantage
