Description - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
- Assist customers in product selection and purchasing processes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
- Participate in training programs to develop product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years).
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience and empathy while dealing with customers.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Working Conditions: Regular shifts with potential for overtime during peak times.
