Work Arrangement : Work from Home
Location : Any CS Site - Angeles, Mabalacat (Pampanga), Ortigas, Makati, Cebu, Davao, Bacolod
Schedule : Morning Shift
Job Description:
- Drive end-to-end accounts payable using Dext and Xero.
- Code transactions accurately, flag anomalies, and raise client queries.
- Reconcile complex multi-currency wallets, gateways, and inventory balances.
- Issue invoices, send statements, and manage proactive credit control.
- Execute month-end close: accruals, prepaids, depreciation, FX revaluations.
- Prepare and lodge BAS/IAS; compile accurate TPAR reporting data.
- Manage fixed-asset register, capitalise additions, reconcile to GL.
- Collaborate with clients through client platform and automate Xero apps.
Qualification and requirements:
- 4+ years Australian bookkeeping experience across diverse client portfolios.
- Advanced Xero expertise; Advisor Certification strongly preferred.
- Power-user in Dext and third-party apps like Shopify, Deputy.
- Proven experience with multi-currency, inventory, and complex reconciliations.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills: pivots, INDEX-MATCH.
- Clear, professional written communication with international clients.
- Diploma of Accounting or higher qualification.
