Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
· Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in construction industry
· Knowledgeable in sales process, practices and techniques
· Committed to excellent customer service
· Strong communication, selling and negotiation skills
· Highly motivated and target driven
· Computer literate in MS Office
· Willing to be assigned in NCR
Job Responsibilities:
· Respond to customers inquiries about the company’s product, its features and uses.
· Make suggestions or alternative and encourage the purchase of products
· Create new account on field by saturating NCR
· Keep good customer satisfaction by providing continuous support and after sales services.
· Execute plans and strategies to meet monthly sales target
· Ensures that customers receive the right quantity and quality of product and official transaction records
· Relay customer needs, questions, requests, concerns and requirements to respective individuals
· Regularly attend exhibits, meetings, training, conferences and other required events
· Ensure availability of sales paraphernalia such as brochures, calling card, etc.
· Concentrate on project sales focusing on big project such as condominiums, housing, etc.
· Do telemarketing
