- Generating Leads:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through various channels like cold calling, networking, or referrals.
- Presenting Products/Services:
- Clearly communicating the value and benefits of offerings to prospective and existing clients.
- Building Relationships:
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and foster long-term loyalty.
- Negotiating and Closing Deals:
- Convincing customers to purchase, negotiating prices and terms, and finalizing sales.
- Meeting Sales Targets:
- Working to achieve or exceed sales quotas set by the company.
- Customer Service:
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Sales Documentation:
- Preparing and maintaining sales records, contracts, and other necessary documents.
- Staying Updated:
- Keeping abreast of product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity
- Well-experienced on Sales for Construction Firm, Fabrication, Manufacturing and Home Equipment & Appliances
- Experienced in Office-based and Corporate Selling is required
- Tech-savvy skills ( Google, Viber, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp ,Dropbox etc)
- Good in Microsoft Office Software
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
- Strong networking abilities.
- Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.
- Strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people.
- Ability to remain professional.
