Agency Operations Manager - GoHighLevel Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily agency operations, coordinate communication between leadership and team members, monitor task completion, and provide administrative support
• Supervise social media activities by reviewing scheduled posts, content quality, engagement, branding, and page performance across social platforms
• Manage GoHighLevel, including contact records, pipelines, call folders, tags, Do Not Solicit settings, reporting, and telemarketing coordination through Slack
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales, service, and telemarketing performance reports, including score sheets, call activity, conversion rates, and performance trends
• Monitor incoming leads and call volumes, coordinate staff schedules and onboarding, maintain personnel records and compliance documents, and assist with customer engagement, office administration, and travel arrangements

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including contact management, pipelines, call folders, tags, and reporting
• Experience monitoring social media accounts through administrative platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Instagram, and Google Business Profile
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with proficiency in Slack, Canva, and Google Workspace
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing recurring reports and multiple deadlines
• Strong written communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to coordinate independently across teams
• Experience in insurance operations, sales reporting, or telemarketing is an advantage
