Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in customer service or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Fluent in Spanish and English, excellent communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle customer complaints and provide solutions effectively.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards customer service.
