Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in both English and Spanish, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
