Sales Architect

We are looking for a knowledgeable Sales Architect to join our sales team. This role is for someone with architectural expertise who can advise clients, respond to inquiries via phone and email, present solutions, and close projects. You will use your technical knowledge to help clients make informed decisions while supporting the company’s sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer and respond to client calls and emails professionally
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements and provide professional advice
- Present products, solutions, and proposals clearly and persuasively
- Collaborate with the sales team to close projects and achieve sales targets
- Provide technical guidance based on architectural knowledge
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and project plans
- Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on leads
- Coordinate with operations and project teams for smooth project delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, materials, and construction practices
- Excellent communication skills for phone, email, and presentations
- Sales-driven and goal-oriented, able to close deals
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple clients/projects
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
