COMPANY PROFILE: A known Japanese Manufacturing Company specialized in automotive wire harnesses. Position: Production Plant Manager Company Industry: Work Location: Tanauan City, Batangas Work Schedule: Monday–Saturdays Salary: Negotiable Work Set Up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 4 years of experience in manufacturing or related field.
- Background in wire harness or manufacturing set up preferred
- Strong knowledge in assembly, quality engineering, or machine operations
- Physically fit and capable of handling production demands
- Good communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle production assembly tasks ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Operate and maintain manufacturing machines to support production output
- Monitor and maintain quality standards across production processes
- Prepare production reports and ensure compliance with company standards
- Identify and implement improvements in workflow, efficiency, and safety
