IT Recruiter | Hybrid

What you'll be doing

• Source and recruit qualified IT professionals including software developers, systems administrators, network engineers, and other technical specialists using various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for client positions

• Build and maintain a database of high-quality IT candidates for current and future placement opportunities

• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders at client organisations to understand their staffing needs, requirements, and company culture

• Present shortlisted candidates to clients, manage the interview process, and facilitate negotiations between candidates and employers

• Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients regarding salary benchmarks, talent availability, and hiring trends within the IT sector

• Track and manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up with candidates and clients throughout the placement process

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets and KPIs as set by management

• Maintain detailed records of all candidate interactions, placements, and client feedback in the recruitment management system

• Stay current with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market developments to provide informed recommendations

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

• Proven experience as a recruiter in the IT or technology sector and Staff Augmentation

• With a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment or related recruitment roles

• Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, certifications, and the technology job market, including knowledge of programming languages, cloud platforms, database systems, and other relevant technical areas

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with both technical candidates and non-technical hiring managers

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and delivering quality placements within agreed timelines

• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR management software

• Preference for candidates with experience in recruitment agency environments or staff augmentation roles
