Responsibilities:

• Handling completely new hires, resignations and data management processes for North America and UK Tier 1 Payroll Support.
• Employee benefit administration for USA and UK / APAC regions.
• Handling background verifications for North America and UK / APAC regions.
• Handling employee referencing for North America and UK / APAC regions.
• Employee leave administration for North America and UK / APAC regions.
• Employee performance management administration for North America and UK / APAC regions.
• Employee profile management: troubleshoot queries related to login/access roles/passwords.
• Vendor management and invoice processing for USA and UK / APAC regions.
• Documentation: Process maps, KPI, SLAs and dashboards based on client expectations and internal requirements.
• Compliance: Ensuring local compliances of supporting countries are adhered to.
• Participation in internal and external audits.
• Proactively suggesting process improvement ideas and initiating changes due to regulatory requirements or technology changes.

Supporting Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of ERPs.
• Strong knowledge of US and UK regulatory/statutory requirements, employee benefits and labor laws.
• Prior HR transition experience.
• Maintaining trackers.
• Performing regular RCAs.
• Adherence and regular revival of GHRSS SOPs.

Qualifications:

• Graduation or Post Graduation (HR specialization will be an added advantage).

Experience:

• Relevant experience of 1 to 3 years.
• Should have worked for North America or UK / APAC regions.

Technical / Functional Skills:

• MS Office.
• MS Excel Reporting and Analytics.
• Oracle.

Soft Skills:

• Very good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly.
• Stakeholder management.
