Clinical Disability Claims Specialist

Description - Evaluate and process clinical disability claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct thorough case management assessments to determine the validity of claims.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and clients to gather necessary documentation and information.
- Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the claims process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of claims and case management activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Healthcare, Nursing, or related)
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in clinical disability claims processing or case management
- Skills and Competencies: PHRN License, USRN License, Clinical Disability Claim expertise, Case Management skills, familiarity with BPO/ Call Center industry
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working Conditions: Office-based role with potential for remote work options
