Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Location: Philippines – Ortigas / Makati / Angeles / Mabalacat / Cebu / Davao

Schedule: Morning Shift

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end app delivery in Bubble: UI/UX implementation, data models, workflows, privacy rules, and performance optimizations.
• Backend development in Xano: Design scalable APIs, database schemas, business logic, authentication, role-based access, and integrations.
• Integrations: Connect Bubble apps to third-party services (REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth), payments, analytics, email, and messaging.
• Data and security: Implement secure data access, audit trails and logging, error handling, and environment-based configurations.
• Performance and reliability: Optimize queries, API response times, and page load; monitor uptime and usage metrics.
• Quality assurance: Write clear test plans, perform unit and integration testing, and manage releases (Dev to Staging to Prod).
• Documentation: Produce technical documents, API specifications, ERDs, and handover guides; contribute to internal best practices.
• Collaboration: Work with product and design for user stories, estimates, and sprint planning; participate in code and design reviews.
• Support and iteration: Troubleshoot production issues, deliver enhancements, and improve developer experience.

Non-Negotiable Skills and Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience building production web apps using Bubble.io (responsive design, conditional logic, reusable elements).
• Solid hands-on experience with Xano: Database modeling, endpoints, functions, add-ons, authentication and permissions, and deployment.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services; understanding of headers, rate limits, pagination, and webhooks.
• Understanding of privacy rules, security best practices, and role-based access control in Bubble and Xano.
• Competent with SQL and NoSQL concepts, data normalization, indexing, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with versioning and environment management (Dev, Staging, Prod).
