Role : Salesforce Developer
Work Arrangement : Work from Home
Location : Angeles (Pampanga), Mabalacat, Ortigas, Makati, Cebu, Davao, Bacolod
Schedule : Morning Shift
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Testing
- Build and deploy features across Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
- Write unit tests and participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability
- Leverage CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps for version control and deployment
Troubleshooting & Support
- Debug and resolve development and post-deployment issues
- Provide technical support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live phases
- Contribute to ongoing optimisation and support of existing Salesforce solutions
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work within Agile project teams, participating in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Document technical components and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
- Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, features, and ecosystem tools
Qualification and requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline—or equivalent work experience
- Proven Salesforce development experience with a successful track record of project delivery, ideally in consulting or client-facing roles
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, Apex, and Flows
- Experience with custom development and integration of Salesforce with external systems
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for pipelines and deployments is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and key clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or additional Salesforce certifications highly regarded
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in Agile teams
- Self-driven and capable of independently owning technical outcomes
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
