About the Job:

We are looking for an Oracle Finance Director to join our client's Business Application Consulting team and lead Oracle Finance technology initiatives, client engagements, and business transformation projects. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership across Oracle Financials, with a strong focus on optimizing financial processes, driving finance transformation, and delivering effective technology solutions. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to shape engagement strategies, drive business growth, maintain executive-level client relationships, and develop high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle Financials solutions to optimize financial processes and operational efficiency.
• Provide strategic direction for Oracle Finance technology initiatives, implementations, and finance transformation projects.
• Identify business development opportunities related to finance transformation, process improvement, and Oracle Finance solutions.
• Lead client engagements and provide strategic financial and technology advisory aligned with client objectives.
• Oversee financial reporting and analysis to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
• Analyze financial processes and trends to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and potential solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and financial management strategies.
• Develop innovative ideas and solutions to drive thought leadership in Oracle Finance consulting.
• Promote innovation and adaptability in the delivery of finance technology solutions.
• Build and maintain strong executive-level client relationships while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop team members and future leaders within Oracle ERP and finance technology consulting.
• Create a collaborative and inclusive working environment that supports team development and high-quality delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, professional standards, and applicable controls within financial systems and engagements.
• Uphold quality, integrity, and professional standards across client engagements and Oracle Finance solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 14+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably with significant experience in Oracle Finance or Oracle ERP consulting.
• Strong experience in Oracle Financials and finance technology solutions.
• Proven experience leading strategic Oracle Finance technology projects and client engagements.
• Experience driving business growth through finance transformation, process optimization, and innovative technology solutions.
• Strong executive-level client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring technical or consulting teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders, communicate complex concepts, and present recommendations effectively.
• Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules is an advantage.
