Healthcare Account Representative

Work Location: San Antonio, Pasig City
Work Setup: Full onsite
Work Schedule: Moving rest days (2 rest days in a week) | shifting schedule (day shift, mid shift or night shift)
- Provides the highest standards of service to members regarding general inquiries on
benefit utilization, LOA issuance, exclusions, approval status, policy coverage, and other related concerns.
- Handles member complaints and feedback, providing appropriate resolutions consistently
and professionally.
- Coordinates with the technical team, insurers, brokers, or service providers to meet member needs and achieve desired outcomes.
Job Qualifications:
- Completed at least 3rd year in medical course.
- Non-medical course graduates who have experience in a healthcare BPO company.
