Liaison Officer

- Serve as the main point of contact between the organization and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, events, and training sessions to promote collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and engagements with stakeholders.
- Assist in developing strategies to enhance stakeholder relationships and satisfaction.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent organizational skills, strong time management abilities, and proficient in MS Office.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Working Conditions: Office-based, with occasional travel for meetings or events.
