Sales Executive (US Timezone: 9AM to 6PM EST)

This is a critical role responsible for managing high-value leads, closing new business opportunities, ensuring every prospect sees the immense value of our products, and driving our revenue growth. In the last 2 years, we've grown this brand from $0 to multi-8-figure revenue and now need a motivated and knowledgeable specialist to join us in taking our sales performance to the next level.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion & Closing: Act as the primary point of contact for high-intent prospects and inbound leads, converting conversations into revenue, primarily via phone.
Problem-Solving: Think critically and proactively to understand customer pain points, pitching tailored solutions that align perfectly with their needs. Never settle for a superficial pitch.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders (e.g., fulfillment, logistics, marketing) to ensure accurate product knowledge and seamless post-purchase onboarding.
Documentation & Reporting: Meticulously document all pipeline stages, sales interactions, and deal progress in Pipedrive to maintain a clear record and track sales velocity.
Feedback Loop: Provide clear, actionable market feedback to the product and marketing teams to help optimize lead generation and improve the overall sales funnel.

Core Skills and Competencies:
Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication in English High Emotional Intelligence and Persuasion Skills Critical Thinking and Objection-Handling Mindset Pipedrive and Telephony System Proficiency

Your Experience: 2+ years in a similar high-performance sales role, with a strong focus on closing deals and exceeding targets. Proven track record of overcoming customer objections, building rapport, and driving leads to a successful conversion. Proficiency with Pipedrive and modern telephony/dialer systems is a must. Preference for candidates with experience in the US e-commerce market. Outstanding command of the English language, both written and spoken.

Hiring Process:

• Round 1: Review and evaluate your application.
• Round 2: Invite to 45-minute "Discovery Call." This call will focus on your sales experience, approach to closing, and cultural fit.
• Round 3: Practical Assessment. You'll be presented with a mock sales presentation or objection scenario to demonstrate your pitching and closing skills in real-time. This will also assess your technical proficiency.
• Round 4: Meet the Team. A final call with the team to ensure alignment with our team culture and work ethic.
