Customer Service Representative – Hotel Reservations Metro Manila | Onsite Are you currently working in hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés, travel agencies, or other hospitality-related customer service roles and looking to transition into the BPO industry? This opportunity is ideal for applicants with experience as hotel front desk associates, reservation staff, receptionists, travel agency staff, restaurant crew, baristas, concierge staff, or hospitality personnel who are used to assisting guests and handling bookings or customer concerns. Bellsoft Global is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Hotel Reservations Account. In this role, you’ll assist guests with booking inquiries, reservation changes, cancellations, and hotel-related concerns while building valuable experience in the BPO industry. What You’ll Do:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email
- Provide information about hotel availability, pricing, and amenities
- Assist guests with making, modifying, or canceling reservations
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Record booking details and customer interactions accurately in the system
- Escalate more complex concerns when necessary
- Maintain customer service and productivity standards
- High School or Senior High School graduates are welcome
- Applicants with hospitality or customer-facing experience are encouraged to apply, including:
