This is a true hunter's role. You'll build and own target lists of fund managers, asset owners, and investment consultants using research readership insights and your own market research. Your focus will be proactive outbound outreach—primarily phone calls supported by personalised emails—to generate conversations and secure qualified meetings for the senior commercial team.
The research serves as your conversation starter, but success comes from consistently engaging prospects who may have little or no prior interaction with the business. You'll also maintain an organised sales pipeline, manage CRM records, and become confident in communicating the company's value proposition to senior financial professionals. The role is fully remote from the Philippines, working UK business hours with occasional alignment to Australian business hours to support APAC prospects. Key Responsibilities
• Build and own target prospect lists using research engagement data and market research.
• Identify key decision-makers within target organisations.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calling supported by personalised email outreach.
• Book qualified meetings for the senior commercial team and ensure smooth handovers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including activities, pipeline stages, and next steps.
• Execute structured follow-up cadences until a clear outcome is achieved. • Report weekly on outreach activity, conversations, and meetings booked. Success Measures
• Qualified meetings generated from research-led outreach.
• Outbound activity and conversion rates, including calls made and decision-makers reached.
• Pipeline quality and CRM accuracy. About You
Essential
• 1–3+ years' experience in outbound sales development, telesales, or B2B appointment setting.
• Proven success in high-volume outbound calling.
• Excellent written and spoken English with confidence engaging senior professionals.
• Strong organisational skills and CRM discipline (HubSpot or Salesforce experience is advantageous).
• Interest in financial markets and willingness to learn the language of institutional investing.
• Reliable remote working setup, including a quiet workspace, stable internet connection, and backup power.
• Based in the Philippines and comfortable working UK business hours. Package & Benefits
• Salary PhP 70,000 to 100,000 DOE
