As a Clinical Research Manager at ICON, you will be responsible for leading and coordinate project activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You Will Do:

Your focus will be on coordinating project and programme management delivery, resolving issues, and developing team capability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
• Leading cross-functional project teams, coordinating efforts to meet project objectives, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and implementing strategies to address challenges and keep projects on track.
• Engaging with stakeholders to manage expectatins, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals and organizational objectives.
• Preparing and presenting project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and other stakeholders.

Your Profile:

You will have solid project and programme management experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Proven experience managing clinical research projects from study start-up through closeout, including oversight of timelines, budgets, vendors, and study milestones. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, manage risks, and deliver high-quality clinical studies on schedule and within budget.
• Experience in Oncology and Vaccine studies is required.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving project goals and timelines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in all project-related activities.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%)
