Your impact

At Jacobs, we’re challenging today to reinvent tomorrow by solving critical energy and infrastructure challenges. We are seeking a BIM Manager to lead digital delivery and Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies across our Energy & Power portfolio , including transmission, distribution, substations, renewables, and thermal assets.

You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, digital transformation, and project excellence through implementation of BIM standards, data-driven design, and collaborative workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of BIM strategies, standards, and execution plans (BEP)
• Manage BIM delivery across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring coordination and quality
• Oversee model integration, clash detection, and design reviews
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align BIM requirements and deliverables
• Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related matters and provide technical guidance
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and efficient workflows
• Support integration of BIM with broader digital tools and platforms
• Mentor and develop BIM coordinators and modelers, promoting best practices and capability growth

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
• Minimum 8+ years of BIM experience 
• Working experience in managing Energy & Power or infrastructure projects is highly preferred
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Solid understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM standards
• Proven experience managing teams and delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects

• Relevant BIM or Autodesk certifications is an advantage
