Job Description
• Oversees shift-level operations of the food and bakery production lines.
• Focuses on operational execution, shift output targets, GMP compliance, real-time quality control, and managing personnel shift logs and attendance
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Industrial Technology, Sciences or ant related engineering field.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in shift operations within a food manufacturing environment, preferably bakery or commercial food processing.
• Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, food hygiene, basic lean tools (5S, waste reduction), and labor laws related to shift management.
Salary Range: 25K-30K
Work Location : Pasig
Work Schedule: 6 days, should be open to shifting and weekend schedules
