Construction Area Manager

Oversee MEPFS construction activities across multiple project sites, ensuring compliance with specifications, budgets, and schedules. He/She directs engineering teams, manages subcontractors, oversees system testing/commissioning, and resolves technical issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee all MEPFS system installations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, sanitary) to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and local Philippine building codes.
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate with contractors, architects, and structural engineers for proper system integration.
- Ensure all systems are installed according to safety standards, quality protocols, and environmental standards.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation for project owners and senior management.
- Supervise on-site engineers, foreman, and subcontractors to ensure productive workflows.
Qualifications:
1. Must be a graduate of at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Sanitary) or a related field
2. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MEPF design and construction, with experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and scheduling software, combined with strong project management and communication skills.
