- Oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
- Prepare reports and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Working Conditions: Ability to work onsite and manage field activities.
