Accounting Specialist

- Review financial data and transactions into the ledger
- review financial documents for accuracy and reconciliation
- Analyzes financial data and provides financial recommendations
- Ensure financial records comply with regulatory standards
- Generates financial reports
- Collaborates with other departments to complete accurate records and provide accounting supports
- Prepare taxes and gather tax documents
- Coordinates and works with the Auditor (Internal Auditors, BIR Tac audits and statutory audits)
- Coordinates and work with GBS
- Review treasury forecast
- Communication and coordination with Banks ( implementation of the board resolution, bank mandate for signatories)
- Directs Assigned task and provides assistance as needed
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor's/College degree Finance, Accounting, or any related field
- At least 1 or 2 years experience in related field
- Above average verbal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective problem-solving skills to identify and correct financial discrepancies
- Thorough understanding of Accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Accounting: 1 years (Required)
