- Managing employer relationships to enhance job posting effectiveness and hiring success.
- Tracking and improving hiring metrics, including interview-to-offer and offer-to-hire ratios.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact center (Voice or Voice + non-voice) in B2B Sales or Saas environment and customer care operation with no less than 1 year of tenure in any employer in the past 2 years.
- Demonstrated experience in driving customer and client satisfaction
- Experience in independently managing tasks end-to-end
- Self-starter with a start-up mindset
- Excellent and Strong conversational English communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks using multiple tools and systems
- At least 3 years of solid experience in B2B Sales, Saas
- Customer Success Experience in handling SaaS systems
- Experience in selling SaaS systems and customer management
