The Accounting Staff is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. This role assists with bookkeeping, financial reporting, and administrative accounting tasks.
Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions (sales, expenses, payments, receipts)
- Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Process invoices, billing, and expense reports
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Assist during audits and provide required documentation
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1 year of accounting or bookkeeping experience (fresh graduates may apply)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and time-management skills
