Accounting Staff

Maria Management Specialists Corporation
- Process invoices, payments, and daily transactions using SAP
- Perform account reconciliations and support financial close
- Handle AR/AP, payroll support, and monthly/quarterly reports
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies
- Assist with ad hoc accounting tasks as needed
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
- With 1 year experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting is an advantage
- Familiarity with accounting systems or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
