*Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
*Assist in the preparation of financial statement, managaement, reports and budgets.
*Prepare and file BIR tax returns(e.g. Vat Income tax withholding tax0
*Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and collections.
*Coordinate closely with admin to gather financial data and provide.
*Assist with external audits by preparing required documentation.
*Submit daily sales reports detailing total sales, payment methods, and variance, along with a brief summary of key office events, incidents, or concerns before end of business day.
*Energetic, creative and result oriented.
*Salary depend on performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
*College level.
*Proficient in Microsoft office.
*Strong communication and inter personal skills.
*Excellent organizational and time management.
*Ability to work independently and abilities handle multiple tasks.
