COMPANY PROFILE: A trusted food manufacturing organization specializing in bakery and ready to eat food solutions. With decades of industry expertise, the company caters to diverse clients including cafés, hotels, supermarkets, and institutional partners. Position: Facilities Maintenance Supervisor Company Industry: Food Manufacturing Work Location: Santolan, Pasig City Work Schedule: 6 days a week, shifting schedule Salary: From Php 30,000 per month Work Set Up: On‑site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering
- With experience in facilities, machines, and equipment maintenance
- Background in supervising STP/Wastewater systems within a food manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Proficient in AutoCAD and skilled in troubleshooting industrial equipment such as pumps, blowers, and motors
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days per week
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment, facilities, machines, and tools
- Supervise plant technicians and manage day‑to‑day maintenance operations
- Ensure proper operation and compliance of the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) with environmental regulations
- Implement safety standards and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support continuous plant operations
