Job Requirements
- HS Graduate or College Graduate
- with or without experience
- preferably with 1 year of experience in voice international account
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously, escalating issues when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and within company guidelines.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, logistics, billing, etc.) to address customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
