Project Coordinator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicating with internal parties (management, all involved parties, and departments) regarding project requirements and goals.
- Communicating with external parties (suppliers and contractors) regarding project requirements and needs.
- Research information to support other teams and department as needed.
- Contributing to the planning and development of projects.
- Supporting the coordination and management of projects.
- Performing administrative tasks such as preparing and maintaining project documents and record, payment request, monitoring of payables, sourcing and estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
- Keeping track of and reporting on project progress.
- Completing any tasks assigned by the Project Manager and/or owners in an efficient and timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering or related field preferred.
- Proven work experience as Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Highly organized and able to multitask.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work independently and as a part of team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with but not limited to the following applications: Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Corel and or any related applications.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong.
