We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to assess patients, develop and administer treatment plans, improve physical function, and help prevent disabilities. Key Responsibilities: Assess patients and interpret evaluation results. Plan and administer appropriate physical therapy treatments. Help patients follow treatment plans through therapeutic exercises and manual techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as appropriate. Document patient care services accurately. Perform other related duties as assigned.
