The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing, treating, and helping patients improve their mobility, strength, balance, and physical function. The role involves developing personalized treatment plans and monitoring patients’ progress toward recovery and improved quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct physical assessments and evaluate patients’ mobility and physical conditions.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation programs.
* Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other appropriate treatment techniques.
* Monitor and document patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
* Educate patients and their families on exercises, proper movement, and injury prevention.
* Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
* Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals when necessary.
* Ensure a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment.
