Franchise Manager

- Oversee daily operations and performance of franchise locations to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Develop training programs for franchisees to enhance their operational capabilities.
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights to franchisees for growth.
- Act as a primary point of contact for franchise owners, addressing concerns and fostering strong relationships.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess franchise operations and provide constructive feedback.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in franchise management or a related field in 7"11 ,, lawson , family mart , and other big convenience store . ( take note must have experienced BEING FRANCHISE MANAGER in the company that operates convenience store
- Salary can be negotiated if you are qualified .
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with franchise owners.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.
- Working Conditions: Willingness to travel frequently to franchise locations.
